David Okwii is a software developer with specialized skills in PHP, Python and Golang. He’s previously organized Scala Kampala Bootcamp that saw several Devs trained in concurrent and functional programming. He currently develops Site Monki, a website uptime monitoring tool during his spare time at Africa’s Talking Uganda.
